When your laptop takes flight

Thanks to a system similar to those used in the automotive industry, such as Boomerang Tracking, it is possible to install a program on a portable or desktop computer that will allow you to find your stolen device and even to remotely delete data deemed to be sensitive that may be found on the computer in question prior to its recovery.

The system may be installed at the manufacturer level on the laptop or desktop computer (Latitude or OptiPlex) or be installed by way of a LAN.
