A message to our clients on the Covid-19 crisis.

A-message-to-our-clients-on-the-Covid-19-crisis

In light of the uncertainty we are all facing surrounding the COVID-19 situation, I feel it’s important I update you on our business continuity plans.

It goes without saying that the well-being and safety of our employees is our top priority. Amongst other things, we have temporarily extended our work from home policy to allow full-time remote work and have asked our employees not to travel for a period of 30 days.

Everyone here is well aware that our clients need us now more than ever. We are confident that our plans will minimize any impact to our customers.

We have spent the past years developing an infrastructure that allows our people to work from anywhere without compromising quality or team unity. All of our employees have secure, remote access to all the technology systems they use on a daily basis – from communications tools, phones and systems, to the most advanced technological tools we use. We do all of this while respecting data privacy and security standards.

In fact, in the likelihood that your eCommerce experiences a surge in demand to accommodate people working remotely or avoiding public interactions, our teams are ready to adapt to your growing needs.

In other words, it’s business as usual in these unusual times.
