With offices in Canada, the U.S., and Ireland, the firm recently underwent a collective process to update and reaffirm its company values.
Absolunet's 5 values, as defined through focus groups, surveys and interdepartmental reflections, are:

Laurent Dumais-Venne, Digital Optimization Specialist at Absolunet, says that “People” is the value that resonates the most with him. After winning an Absolunet-run contest, as his prize, CEO Charles Desjardins served as his valet for the day:
"Charles picked me up from my place in the morning, brought me coffee, took me out to lunch and even shined my shoes," said Dumais-Venne. "We talked about everything from eCommerce to hockey. Honestly, the heads of our company are so down to earth; it wasn’t a shock to find out how relatable they are."
The organization's leadership also emphasizes the importance of life outside work.
A long-time advocate for the right to disconnect, Absolunet was the first technology company to be certified for work-life balance by the Quebec government back in 2013.
On hitting the 300 employee milestone, Desjardins says, “We couldn’t have reached this size without our people - those that have been with Absolunet for years and others who just joined. We want our values to permeate all of our interactions with one another, our clients and our partners.”
